Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my lessons if I cancel?+
Every lesson you made while on a paid plan stays in your account and keeps working. Only new lessons made on the free plan expire after 3 days.
Do you offer refunds?+
Payments are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges and your access runs to the end of the billing period.
How can I pay?+
Individuals pay by card through Stripe. Schools and districts can pay by purchase order or invoice. Request a quote.
Do you collect student data?+
No. STEMEngine is a teacher tool and collects no student information. See Security & Privacy.
